In this role, I'm in charge of curating the fellowship's strategic communication plan once the class of '25 application is live. This includes the creation of email templates for mail merge, scheduling email communications, strategizing and planning any recruitment workshops, and leading communications with the marketing department to address the recruitment team's marketing needs. I also oversee 8 university-specific teams and their recruiting initiatives.
