The Ministry to Seafarers works alongside the Apostleship of the Sea and the Mission to Seafarers in the Port of Vancouver, both downtown and in DeltaPort. Chaplains visit ships and bring supplies and gifts on board for the seafarers. The chaplains also offer rides from the port to the centre or to other shopping destinations nearby. The centre has free wifi so seafarers can contact their family and it acts as a home away from home. The centre also has small souvenirs and other snacks, etc. The chaplains help manage the centre as well.
