Lead an integrated and multi-skilled team of about 150 people (ICT, IRM, finance, HR, performance reporting, estates, procurement, payroll an statutory appointments), working across multiple sites (8 state and territory offices and national office), drawing on specific expertise to deliver high quality established end-to-end services to our internal customers, including 15 National Boards, and where appropriate, external stakeholders. As a customer centric leader, focus on understanding key challenges and barriers; create workable solutions and deliver them to excellent standards of satisfaction. Lead and navigate a dispersed team through a complex and evolving operating environment. Ensure a satisfactory control environment across the Services Hub working closely with corporate governance. Actively support internal and external audit exercises and quickly resolve any deficiencies. Establish, document and monitor service performance for the Services Hub, ensuring measures are fit for purpose, reported correctly and are effective. Manager and deliver the core financial systems including the annual accounts in a timely manner working closely with the CFO. Deliver the procurement service which ensures delivery of best value for money for goods and services.
