Duties include:-Providing partners with knowledgeable guidance through SIDEARM’s suite of digital products such as SIDEARM’s proprietary content management system, live stats, apps, etc.-Providing timely and accurate responses to partner problems via phone, email or support ticket system-Creating and maintaining positive long-term relationships with SIDEARM’s partner base-Serving as liaison between customers experiencing advanced problems and SIDEARM’s internal teams, such as Product, Sales, and development -Assisting SIDEARM Streaming Support team as needed

Duties include:-Assisting the Director and Associate Director in the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Communications Department-Producing consistent fresh and innovative content across RIT’s Athletic social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook-Serving as the primary contact for multiple sports as assigned (Women's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Baseball, Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country, Track and Field, Rowing, Swimming and Diving)-Helping maintain www.rit athletics.com on a daily basis, including rosters, schedules and archival information -Generating ideas and produce feature stories as assigned to promote the RIT student-athlete experience to the campus community, as well as on the local, regional and national levels-Providing appropriate game day coverage for all contests, home and away

Duties include:-Collaborating with and assisting Director of Athletic Communication-Providing live statistics via Presto Stats and NCAA LiveStats during home sporting events-Creating and curating content across school’s athletics website and social media pages, specifically via TikTok and Instagram-Supervising and advising student workers in Director of Athletic Communication’s absence

Duties include:-Curating and creating content for Geneseo Athletics social media platforms and school website-Providing live statistics via Presto Stats and NCAA LiveStats during home sporting events-Clipping game highlights and publish them on Twitter-Collaborating with Director of Athletic Communication

Duties include:-Communicating with Director of Multimedia Production during games-Reviewing scripts that would be executed during games-Setting up assigned camera station-Responsible for providing sufficient camera footage to production staff

Duties include:-Maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area-Prepping foods as needed-Restocking products-Assisting customers as needed
