I am currently employed as a Customer Service Assistant at One Stop, Shirley. I have been working in this job since 2019-present. During this time I have developed my interpersonal skills dealing with the general public. My current role requires me to be professional, positive and approachable at all times, as well as to listen carefully in order to meet the needs of all customers: these are essential qualities when interacting with the general public. I have a strong work ethic and have developed my skills in customer service over a number of years, whilst also adapting to varying shift patterns. I have developed skills working both independently and as part of a team, and I believe that building relationships with colleagues is key to a positive working environment.I also book multiple deliveries into the back office, input data such as cash floats, times we receive the deliveries and check for any anomalies. In addition, I use Microsoft office to create posters or signs promoting the products that are discounted and much more. I answer the phone regularly receiving the information needed to update what is necessary and attend to the matter promptly.
