Megan Bennett is a Senior Policy Associate | Education and Society Program at The Aspen Institute Education & Society Program. She possess expertise in research, policy analysis, public policy, nonprofits, stata and 42 more skills. Colleagues describe her as "Megan Bennett worked for the Impact Center as a summer Intern and was hired into an Associate role based on her demonstrated ability to contribute meaningful work to our organization. From day one, Megan used her wide range of skills to help us significantly improve our business development and marketing/communications. Her most significant accomplishments were mapping a website upgrade and moving our content to a new template that allowed for expansion, resurrecting our social media accounts and communication efforts, and creating a scholarship fund for women in non-profit and government sectors for participation in our programs. When I reflect on her projects, it amazes me that she was able to offer so much given her dual role as an active graduate student in a very challenging program. Megan approached her work with us thoughtfully and strategically by focusing on projects that were foundational for our growth. Her greatest strengths include her ability to take initiative, think broadly and systemically about opportunities, multi-task/organize her work, verbal and written communication skills, and endless energy/optimism. As a colleague, I especially appreciated Megan’s new insights, perspectives, and creative skills. She is always eager to collaborate with a team to create a better outcome.
