Within this role I worked closely with management to develop an integrate communication strategies for all product launches.I created, executed and delivered marketing toolkits which comprise of a multitude of offline and online collateral including (but not limited to): sales brochures, PR, lifestyle photography and video, technical product photography and video and print advertisements for the Invacare’s regional sales and marketing teams. while also overseeing marketing budgets both at a project level and overall team budget.I developed, managed and maintained relationships with a range of European agencies, prepare training literature for new product launches and collate and analyse current communications from across the different business units to ensure consistency.While Continually planning and implementing promotional campaigns, write press releases for local Invacare marketing teams across of Europe and adapt scientific journal entries for European syndication ensuring stories translate to differing sectors and marketsTime management and organisational skills are imperative for organising and supporting at trade events, internal product launches and training. Within this role I was involved in the digital marketing side to maintain the web-site administration and social media contribution, and to continuosly maintain and update PIM (product information management) and maintaining CMS (content management system).

Supporting four Mobility Group Product Managers and ensuring that category information is documented and internally communicated. I prepared marketing communications and launch material to support the local markets queries and externall launches. I also working closely with the markets and answered questioned raised regarding product development. I was involved in several new product developments and worked closely with both R&D and engineering to evolve the products through early development stages.I was also team lead for an Invacare innovation 'sprint', to which I throughly enjoyed leading a dynamic team through the challenges which arised during the 10 week sprint.

Within this role I was responsible for product support in terms of marketing and communications. Organisation and support of trade events throughout the year. I created bulletins, promotions and marketing materials and developed and maintened the ThinkIndependence website.One of my main focuses was the monthly forecasting and working with key customers on tenders and weekly stock levels. I co-ordinated tenders from third party customers and supported the product launches with marketing material, and ensure all spares and critical spare parts are active
