Gained experience working with Nolij and Salesforce, as well as downloading and combining files.Troubleshooted with Program Managers to create submission guides for future students to complete applications.

Greeted groups of up to 100 students and placed them in groups with respective docents for guided tours. Communicated with teachers, other professionals, and members of the public to book tours. Answered any questions that came in via email or over the phone. Sent out setup sheets to Facilities for school lunches onsite at the Museum. Gathered contact information for prospective groups to visit the Museum and offered special programs to Philadelphia district schools.Aided Education with art programs and in keeping large school groups on track with tours throughout the Museums three main floors.Gained extensive knowledge working with Outlook, Microsoft excel, and Constant Contact.

Worked with various computer programs, including responding to virtual help-desk tickets sent in by various members of the school's community. Went out to troubleshoot problems with technology around campus. Answered phones and inputted data.
