Drive all day-to-day management, operations and business development activities for a privately held food service group with 30 retail operations. Coordinate with client leadership—ensuring sales of customized products match client’s current and future demand. Create a culture of success with ongoing business and goal achievement. Oversee various strategic planning and forecasting functions in support of firm leadership. Reporting and financial analysis using proforma software for all new opportunities. Developed annual budgets for forecasting and projections to anticipate trends and future needs.
