I am an enthusiastic, effective and passionate educator. I have proven track record of helping children progress. I do this by utilizing strategies that build educational opportunities for empowerment. I endeavour to create positive learning experiences by using an asset-based approach to the ways in which I approach pedagogy. I enjoy sharing knowledge and inspiring others. I am well-versed in needs identification and analysis and use this recursively to guide design of learning programmes. I am widely experienced in working with individuals who have special educational needs and I am fluent in South African Sign Language.
