- Performed tasks to keep pool clean, including ordering chemicals and scrubbing deck, chairs and liner. Tested the chlorine and other chemicals every shift and keep the pool clean.- Handled guests with complaints, worked cohesively with other lifeguards, spoke to county inspectors and other staff on any problems that occurred. - Handled the Pool Club including helping with events, keeping in touch outside the season, and made sure each member was satisfied with their membership.- Kept swimmers safe while they swam and were near the pool area. - Responsible for setting up all the safety equipment and putting it away every shift.
