• Strategize, implement, and oversee business processes for increased productivity and growth within direct Education Delivery team and greater SAP Education & Knowledge organization• Manage employee activities and counsel toward improved efficiency• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote attainment of goals• Plan and manage special events for increased revenue and team exposure• Establish and grow relationships with internal and external partners• Support customer-facing operations, including portfolio & content production, sales, and marketing

• Manage global training for EMEA and APJ regions by serving as single point of contact for all training requests; create and manage global scheduled offerings based on regional demand; conduct scoping and staff trainers for private training requests• Develop and cultivate relationships with key business areas and global market units via enablement around training options and methods, understanding their business needs and enabling local resources, and acting as liaison between the Line of Business and Education Services• Align with regional education, portfolio management, and content production teams to create and manage instructor schedules for global delivery, content creation, and certification exam creation/maintenance, and special projects• Initiate and cultivate relationships within partner ecosystem to leverage resources for global delivery • Lead training and education workstream at global customer events, including SuccessConnect and Ariba Live; organize and lead delivery of pre/post-conference training at user conferences in North America and EMEA; plan and implement education offerings at global events resulting in extremely high customer participation and satisfaction

Design and deliver virtual instructor-led training certification programs on back-end configuration (including XML) of cloud-based SuccessFactors products to internal and partner Professional Services Consultants and Support Consultants; facilitate customer scoping calls to assess customer training needs and develop innovative, custom learning solutions and deliver virtually or on-site; contribute to training strategies and development of campaigns and tools; create training deliverables including new product feature documentation, job aides, learner guides, customer presentations and administrator guides; manage and direct team involvement in customer user conference.

Led implementation of ERP Workforce Management solution from close of sale to transition to support; made best practice recommendations, worked closely with customer to determine business process requirements to be translated into custom configuration, completed custom configurations, created custom materials, performed additional system configuration and trained customer on administrative and end-user functionality.
