I love to plan events and drive community outreach by bringing different groups of people together. I live for creating meaningful moments of joy that people remember and doing acts of kindness that have ripple effects in the workplace and beyond. I feel most alive when I’m leading a team towards a complex goal that involves detailed execution and multi-faceted planning. I thrive in situations where things don’t go as planned and pivoting is the only option. Quick thinking, creativity, and adaptability has always been in my DNA but it was cemented when I found myself needing to home-school my 4 kids during the pandemic. I grew up in a large close-knit family (23 first cousins on one side to be exact) who would drop everything to be there for each other. Therefore teamwork, loyalty, dependability, and navigating personalities differences to reach common ground all come naturally to me. I’m a life long learner and self-starter, both of which I think are essential for self-employed individuals which I had been for the last decade. While I’ve loved the freedom, incredible opportunities and flexibility that has afforded me as a working mom, I’m on to my next chapter.
