• Oversee retail department in all aspects of sales and operations. My duties include future store site selection, new store openings and existing store area management. Responsible for working with the executive team to develop and implement annual retail sales goals and strategic initiatives. Oversee retail store design and construction with an emphasis on sustainable business practices, keeping to a cost efficient schedule and budget while ensuring the stores embody the brand and are a 4 wall example of our company values that highlight the product and encourage amazing customer experiences. Provide on going training and tools to support each store in achieving the sales goals and strategic initiatives, including team building events, performance reviews and service and sales techniques that help each store realize it’s potential on a financial and cultural level.
