• Oversaw planning and delivery of multiple venues including Athletics, Aquatics, Basketball, Athletes Village, sponsor festival, health clinic and Opening/Closing Ceremonies at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. • Managed budget of $6m+ across a variety of departments including catering, venue and equipment rental, housing and transportation.• Negotiated venue use agreements with multiple venues and departments at the University of Southern California included Athletics, Student Affairs, Hospitality, Transportation IT and Housing.• Liaised directly with department heads to determine needs of all client groups including athletes, media, VIP’s, spectators and families.• Liaised with external stakeholders including existing venue owners, production companies, vendors and law enforcement to ensure plans were coordinated and communicated effectively across all parties.• Coordinated directly with relevant government agencies on movements of high-level dignitaries including U.S. Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security and local law enforcement. Coordinated visits during the event included the First Lady of the United States and the Lt. Governor of California.

• Managed the planning and delivery of operations for the Main Media Center and Eton Manor venues within the Olympic Park. Facilities included 8 tennis show courts, 4 practice courts, 5 training pools, Main Press Center, International Broadcast Center, retail facility and multi story catering complex.• Lead a team of over 60 people across a variety of functions to successfully deliver services across the venue. Key dependencies with the following functions; sponsorship, transportation, security, cleaning & waste, catering, press, broadcast, medical, event services, technology and logistics.• Worked directly with architects and construction partners to ensure the facility met the needs of all client groups.• Liaised with emergency services in the development of all incident management and contingency plans.

• Managed operational planning and delivery of Main Media Center located at the Vancouver Convention Center for the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.• Oversaw functional planning for multiple departments including overlay, food and beverage, cleaning and waste, press operations, broadcast, look, logistics, transportation and security to ensure all planning milestones and deadlines were met.• Managed relationship with existing venue owners and staff during planning and operational phases.

• Managed guest services and volunteer program for all domestic events X Games events. Responsibilities included recruiting, training and supervising up to 200 paid/volunteer staff per event.• Developed spectator policies and procedures with host venues including ingress/egress, parking, transportation, directional signage, environmental initiatives, security and ticketing plans.• Developed and implemented venue operations plan for 2007 ESPN X Games Dubai including RFP’s, equipment rental, facility design, spectator services and load in/out.• Managed sponsorship activation village for 2007 ESPN X Games in Mexico City.

• Provided logistics support for the National Olympic Committee (NOC) delegations from over 40 nations.• Served as a liaison between the organizing committee and vendors on site at the Athletes Village including manufacturers and labor force.• Supervised crews of up to 200 material handlers responsible for the load in of furniture and other equipment for athletes participating in the Asian Games.

• Managed client services for 42 luxury suite accounts and 250 VIP club seat accounts including founding partners and sponsors. • Maintained database of all clients and facilitated all communications regarding VIP opportunities, ticket offers and client retention events.• Coordinated logistics for all private events booked including event estimates, catering, equipment rental etc.
