The strategic initiatives program is to create a truly customer-centric organization with specific focus on successfully raising the quality of the client experience by developing relationships across the organization and building a collaborative work environment. Guiding the organization to approach problems systematically and teaching leadership to apply a Systematic Method for improving process performance.

Vice President at Citi responsible for Service Delivery for Citi’s clients. 17 years of retail mutual fund experience serving both Operations and Client Services within the organizations’ Transfer Agency. Throughout her career, Megan has held multiple positions including managing all Call Centers for Citi’s clients, as well as various Processing and Specialized Processing Functional teams. More recently, Megan’s focus has been on managing risk and controls to ensure regulatory obligations are met, with a special emphasis on FATCA, Privacy, and Service and Compliance related issues.
