Hi, 👋 I’m Megan, a Product Designer with a background in HR and Psychology and a passion for books, plants, animals, and ice cream. I'm a problem-solver and systems-thinker, leveraging data-driven decisions and human-centered design to translate complex concepts into simple solutions that make life easier. I have spent my entire career creating experiences for people, first in HR and now in Product Design. In HR, I loved analyzing data, conducting research, managing stakeholders, solving challenging problems, keeping up with market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. But, I missed more creative work. 👉 Enter, User Experience Design where I get to do all that, and more! As a designer, I apply a people-centered approach to deeply empathize with users, ideate accessible and inclusive solutions to real problems, and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.What I love most about User Experience Design is the blend of the science👩‍🔬 of human behavior with the art 🎨 of interface design.
