Program Manager - Small Group Business Compliance Oversight
Current• Responsible for operational compliance delivery including new regulatory implementations, risk analysis, issue detection and management, in addition to leading risk mitigation and issue remediation initiatives or projects.• Manage and improve oversight structures with defined and documented decision making framework and clear roles/accountability (includes establishing and/or expanding existing oversight forums)• Manage and drive fulfillment of regulatory activities by engaging and partnering with key stakeholders from Regulatory, Compliance, and functional Business Units. Facilitate strategic conversations to assess and determine regulatory requirements and operational impacts and solutions. Lead and support the identification, removal, or escalation of barriers.• Manage regular status reporting to key leaders and committees regarding operational compliance delivery and risk management activities.• Identify and report risks to Oscar program leadership as well as applicable Business and Compliance leaders.• Work with matrix partners to ensure appropriate policies are in place; maintain defined documentation and tracking for delegation life cycle processes.• Continually improves skills and competencies by proactively participating in various internal and external training opportunities and stretch assignments
