In my 4-year tenure as IT Director, I installed three new servers for the district, installed new printers district wide, implemented a new staff system with Macbooks and Apple TVs in every classroom, and implemented a 1:1 student device program for all 1200+ students. I provided hardware installation and repair, software and network administration, and staff training. I managed the fiscal year technology budget and helped turn traditional curriculum into an interactive digital format. I also built the school website and developed the social media presence on Facebook and Instagram.

As an Operations Specialist I was responsible for training new managers, producing and distributing weekly leasing reports and monthly financial packages, some client and customer relations, and support for the onsite staff. I am also involved in the acquisitions department and project management. I helped with the due diligence process when taking over new properties, as well as terminations when we no longer manage a site. I also helped develop new products that will help our managers do their jobs more efficiently, such as Happy Inspector for the turn process and online leasing tools, and was given the responsibility of managing our Grace Hill training compliancy for the entire company which includes over 2000 employees.

I mostly write a lot of copy for a wide range of clients and publications including websites, blog posts and press releases. I am also responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns on a number of social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Foursquare, YouTube and Yelp. I have also assisted in website design for a number of clients. I have created a number of media lists and sent several press releases to perspective news outlets.

As a leasing agent I am not only responsible for lease paperwork, taking payments, and running a successful office, but I'm also responsible for the promotion of the property and planning social events for current tenants. I do thousands of dollars worth of sales each year by giving tours to potential residents, and marketing to students on the Texas State University Campus. I was also given the opportunity to travel to Lubbock, Texas, and market to students on the Texas Tech campus, as well as help out the leasing agents in the Lubbock office.
