When I grow up, I want to be a mermaid. Until then, I'm happy being a team member at the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement & Development Authority. Being the Events Coordinator for the Authority is a thrilling opportunity to help promote all the events the Wildwoods offer. Coordinating the island-wide calendar of events across three municipalities, facilitating a Special Events Funding Program, providing event support, executing various events, and working on special projects sure does make me ”Love those Wildwood Days!” I’ve started working in the tourism industry as a college intern at Morey’s Piers & Beachfront Water Parks. The introduction to the hustle and bustle of a seasonal, tourist driven shore town made me fall in love with this area and form a genuine connection with the community.
