Project Manage the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , migrating from ADP to Gr8People Assumed dual role of Consultant and Change Manager to facilitate the build-out of needed processes and workflows with Senior Leadership and internal partners through discovery meetings Developed Test Strategy, Test Plan (including additional cases), and Text Execution tactics Tracked all test defects, problems/issues, and gaps Implemented updated process to ensure required documentation and reporting are available for future audits Created and analyzed complex custom HR reports in ADP WFN Reporting to seek improvements in talent processes Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software to ensure current and accurate information dissemination/update as well as engagement and pipeline development Serve as primary contact for and manage Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and external talent agency partners, ensuring adherence to contract, fulfillment of services levels and hiring managers satisfaction; management of 10-member talent delivery team
