Worked to maintain outstanding attendance record, consistently arriving to work ready to start immediately. Advocated for and founded a local, after school English club for the junior high school students despite initial pushback. Did this through surveying students, parents, and teachers, working with the local government, and creating informational signs and presentations. Was in charge of said club, planned and facilitated meetings/activities.
