Enterprise Account Services Manager
• Responsible for interpretation of customer current sales/contractual terms and negotiation of new sales and contractual commitments • Generate customer analysis spreadsheets for sales team identifying additional revenue growth opportunities within customer accounts based on current contractual terms with defining possibilities of revisions• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills; able to successfully communicate with associates and management of all levels and diverse backgrounds internally and externally• Managing processes & systems to track customer trends, employee productivity & generate revenue within Enterprise Account Services team • Provide formal class-based training for new and existing employees relating to sales support provided by Enterprise Account Services
