•Advise undeclared and major exploring students in one-on-one appointments regarding college transitions, campus resources, and university policies via the Major Exploration Program (MEP) • Manage weekly email outreach to designated population, tracking contact attempts, appointment details, and student information via Microsoft Excel and Teams as well as other advising technologies • Assist with coordinated outreach efforts such as information sessions and tabling opportunities to promote office services and to normalize the undeclared student experience on campus • Serve on student committees to analyze MEP components and recommend programmatic changes to the Peer Coaching Program Coordinator • Attend bi-weekly training opportunities to continually build on coaching knowledge and campus resources/partnerships
