Responsibilities included content management across multiple selling platforms including Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, OnBuy etc. Worked closely with developers and PPC agencies to improve user experience and our online presence. Other responsibilities included back office system management and KPI reporting.

I worked within the Product Team who contracted the UK and the rest of the World (excluding Florida and Parks). My main responsibilities were negotiating contracts for Asia and Australia, pricing analysis, content management and attending trade shows.

Worked as part of a team to give the customers the best satisfaction for their shopping experience whilst playing an active role in driving sales and promoting offers and events. My role included: front cover (greeting customers on entry to the shop), fitting room service (taking customers through to each fitting room, helping if needed other sizes or even if they were unsure of what items they were looking for), till point (serving customers, handling their transactions and money), accounts (asking each customer whether they would like to open an account and thus driving sales in the account sector) and keeping the shop tidy and standards high. I am also part of the team who help to drive the sales on shoes. I am currently training to help with the visual merchandising of stock for customers to shop.

I worked as part of a sales team based only on shoes, to drive the sales and achieve certain targets every shift. I helped customers find shoes that were comfortable and to their tastes whilst informing them of ways to keep their shoes in good condition and recommending products if the shoes were slightly too big.
