Doctor of physical therapy, orthopedic manual physical therapist, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. I am a former club soccer and competitive gymnastics coach. I primarily treat orthopedics and sports injuries, but I do also have pediatric experience. I take a special interest in post-operative care, return to sport preparation and testing, runners, and pediatric developmental delay. I continue to combine my skills as a physical therapist with my coaching and conditioning skills to return my patients to their highest level. My passion lies in a combination of orthopedic pathology in the sports setting, in addition to pediatric developmental milestones and partipation in sports. Outside of work, I am married to my husband with our 3 year old son, 1 year old daughter, and our 2 dogs. I love to work out, especially running and playing soccer. I am partial to long distance running, and have run a few half and full marathons. My goal is to qualify for the Boston Marathon. I continue to maintain some level of training both in running and soccer.
