Megan worked to advance corporations along their ESG journey. As a sustainability advisory consultant, she collaborated with clients to benchmark their ESG initiatives against industry peers, conducted materiality assessments to prioritize the most critical ESG issues, developed sustainability strategies, and prepared reports detailing these initiatives, goals, and strategies for stakeholder disclosure. Megan also worked within the climate group, gaining experience in TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) analysis, evaluating climate-related risks and opportunities, benchmarking against peer disclosures, and creating decarbonization roadmaps.

Megan worked with the field services team and home energy improvement team on QA/QC of program contractor compliance documents.

Megan coordinated the statewide registration for the 2020 Census LUCA Program, engaging 689 of Georgia's governmental entities.She worked with a variety of stakeholders at different organizational and government levels, including Census Bureau Staff, Regional Commission Staff, as well as County and Local GIS, Planning, and Administrative staff.Megan also hosted 14 regional training events to educate local governments on the technical aspects of fulfilling the Census requirements.

Examined world problems such as deficiencies in water, soil, food, shelter, and waste management. These aspects were also examined from other angles as well as what each affect one has on another. A team building and public policy class were taken during the course of the year. In the first semester of this event groups were prepared in how to design the "ideal team" as well as how to function as "an ideal team". The following semester was spent developing a proposal for a solution to a "wicked problem", one that required a multidisciplinary, multifaceted approach to solve. These proposals compete for funding and in the next year we will work on developing our solutions into working models.
