A team building and public policy class were taken during the course of the year. In the first semester of this event groups were prepared in how to design the "ideal team" as well as how to function as "an ideal team". The following semester was spent developing a proposal for a solution to a "wicked problem", one that required a multidisciplinary, multifaceted approach to solve. These proposals compete for funding and in the next year we will work on developing our solutions into working models.
