Worked alongside the VP of Design as part of the leadership team to oversee design operations for a 150+ person team of design professionals. Managed a team of over 30 UX program managers and UX designers. Established cohesive cross-org processes including standard reporting for monthly and quarterly leadership reports and org-wide resource planning.

Lead UX Program Manager for design and launch of the first Echo Show, Echo Spot, Echo Show 10, and Echo Show 5. Built team of UX program managers to support the growing scope of work for the UX team.

Manage the online creative strategy, ideation, development and execution of digital and social campaigns for Amazon Devices including launching social media presence for Fire Tablets, FireTV, and Fire Phone. Built and managed a team of designers, copywriters, and social media experts, while also working with outside creative agencies to ideate on concepts for multi million dollar ad campaigns on sites such as New York Times, Gawker, Buzzfeed, and OWN . Delivered ad campaigns for several product launches including Fire tablets, Kindle, Amazon Fire TV, and the Fire phone.

Worked collaboratively with sales teams to develop and pitch campaign concepts and recommend media placements to advertisers across online, mobile, and Kindle platforms. Recruited and managed a team of visual and UX designers, copywriters, and producers to design and build hundreds of creative deliverables each month. Developed annual operations plan, budgets, and resource forecasting for design team allowing us to scale our team from 3 designers to 30+ designers including building up teams in New York and London.

Creativity for Rent is a small design firm focused on providing design and marketing services in the real estate and property management industry. In my role as Account Manager, I was responsible for managing the entire design process from conception to completion for projects such as logo design, brochure design, design of print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and website design.Analyzed projects to determine necessary resources.
