As the Regional Manager for the North Texas Region of the Texas Veterans Network powered by Combined Arms, I oversee a vast territory including DFW, Amarillo, Lubbock, Texarkana, and Abilene, encompassing 136 counties, 50+ regional organizations, and 30+ national organizations. My responsibilities include aligning program goals with the network's mission, meticulously managing and updating program data in Salesforce, and reporting on financial and program metrics monthly. I leed initiatives to enhance organizational engagement and efficiency, revamping standard operating procedures and managing the pipeline for new member organizations. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders including Veterans Service Organizations (VSOs), Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and government bodies like the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and Texas Veterans Commission (TVC), I train them on utilizing the Combined Arms automated referral system. Additionally, I spearhead community outreach efforts, partnering with local leaders and organizations to promote veteran support initiatives through innovative marketing campaigns and events. My role also involves fostering collaboration among veteran nonprofits and corporate entities, facilitating outreach events, and ensuring seamless integration of veterans into the Combined Arms technology platform for resource access.

Texas Veterans Network – North Texas is a coordinated network of public, private and nonprofit organizations serving veterans, service members and their families in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. Texas Veterans Network uses technology and its partner network Combined Arms to guide veterans, service members and their families to the most appropriate services and resources available.
