Social Media Manager:- Planning and executing social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. (day to day tracking and making sure all bikes are built properly) Partnerships: - Work with Brand Manager on helping with the execution of brand partnerships. - Assists with any other miscellaneous items. Events: - Helping the Schwinn Brand Manager with planning and executing local and universal events. - Executing event activity on social media platforms. - Attending and helping to execute influencer media events. - Helping with the execution of shipping, and product assembly for select events. Donations: - Key holder of the donation requests. - Reviewing and vetting all donations that come in for all three brands (Schwinn, Mongoose, Kid Trax.) - Communicating with selected donation requests and exciting all shipping a placement at events or donations.

Creating, developing, and implementing effective retention programs intended to engage, retain, and cross-sell to customers and consumers. Working collaboratively throughout the Marketing department to deliver integrated, highly effective messaging and create, implement, and measure multiple omni-channel campaigns.- Create, optimize, and develop retention strategies to retain customers.- Utilize marketing tools, techniques, and software solutions to support retention campaigns that include integration of segmentation and marketing automation workflows.- Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders in prioritizing digital campaign deliverables and establishing and managing designated timelines.- Measure and report on campaign progress and effectively monitor project timelines to ensure success.- Evaluate program results and optimize as needed.- Administer and track demand generation, lead generation, and nurture campaigns.- Assist in the development and execution of the digital content calendar.- Plan and create content for digital platforms follows along with digital content calendar.- Assist with brand segmentation. - Create, design, monitor, and report on email marketing campaigns.- Create and monitor company workflow emails for website. - Develop and maintain the social media calendar for all social media channels.- Maintain all social media platforms including;Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat. - Work on building brand awareness across all social media platforms. - Monitor and support consumer review activity on all social media platforms. - Conduct competitive analysis on a monthly basis. - Use platforms like Google analytics to track all digital metrics across social media and websites.- Plan, evaluate and communicate with all stakeholders along on sponsorships and events. - Search and evaluate partnerships.
