I graduated in 2017 with a 2:1 in LLB Law (English and Northern Irish Law) from the Queens University Belfast. I am level 5 CIPD qualified and hold level 7 CIPD employment law. I have worked in HR and management for 7 years and have enjoyed developing my leadership style to identify with different types of people and in different and often challenging situations. I thrive on change and fast paced environments, and love it when I am encouraged to stretch myself while remaining true to my core values.
