Reserve Advisors works closely with community association managers, board members and property owners throughout the United States and internationally to provide reserve studies and defect surveys. My experience includes providing consulting engineering to guide our clients in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities of the maintenance, operation and longevity of their properties. These consultation services include defect identification, analysis of defect solutions for feasibility and costs, evaluation of design alternatives and planning for current and future capital projects to maintain the property components of the building and building systems.

Everitt Knitting Mills produced winter outer ware such as hats and gloves that were sold at major retailers such as Target, Macy's and Dillard's. My work experience included the supervision of 25 people in meeting daily production deadlines, and resolving production problems.
