Key Responsibilities: Product Merchandising, Consumer Experience, SEO & Conversion, Brand AwarenessTeam Collaboration: Development & IT, Creative(content, product assets, design), CMO, Brand Managers- Merchandising Manager for 10 brands: Terro, Victor Pest, Havahart, DynaTrap, Perky-Pet, Safer Brand, Mosquito Magnet, Zareba, VLINK, Woodstream Canada.- Merchandising Manager for partner portal, used by our commercial businesses to purchase products.- Complete merchandising for all new, existing and obsolete products per brand; creator and owner of new procedure and process for merchandising.- Manage Magento admin for each brand e-commerce website, maintaining accurate product information and ensuring the best experience for consumers on the frontend; resolve functional website errors and escalate to Development, as needed.- Key team member in the website migration for all brand websites to new Magento platform.- Audit ERP product detail information for accuracy.- Create/set up new multi-pack, bundle and kit products in ERP and website admin; responsible for calculating recommended product discount(SGM).- Merchandise and optimize all Learning Center content.- Analyze and interpret data via Google Analytics, SEMrush, Klevu (on-site search tool)and heatmaps to understand how consumers are interacting with the websites and determine areas for improvement.- Present data insights and recommended website improvements to the Brand Managers and CMO; execute recommended changes upon approval.- Monthly marketing reports for SEMRush and Price Spider(Where to Buy Tool).- Monitor SEMrush weekly for each domain and resolve open errors or warnings with the goal to maintain good domain authority. - Weekly inventory report to ensure products show in stock; track obsolete products and implement product redirects.- Manage customer sweepstakes, working with the Consumer Experience team. - Run flash sales and deals of the week in accordance with Email & Social Media teams.
