I was born and raised in Miles City, Montana, where I graduated as Student of the Year from Custer County District High School in 2012. I attended Rainy River Community College in International Falls, Minnesota, where I played both collegiate volleyball and ice hockey and was appointed Student Body President. Upon graduation with my Associate of Arts degree in 2014, I transferred to Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, where I am currently studying Ag Business and Economics in the College of Ag. Having grown up in Eastern MT in a ranching family, I have always had an interest in agriculture, and gratefully have been given the opportunity to work as a summer intern at a Fort Keogh, a unit of the USDA - Agriculture Research Service. I hope to continue to contribute to the agriculture industry upon receiving my Bachelor's degree from MSU. Having always held myself to a high standard, I strive to be successful in any area I participate in, whether it be coursework, job opportunities, volunteering, or extracurricular activities. Serving as a leader, taking initiative, claiming responsibilities, and demonstrating a strong work ethic are all qualities I portray and continually improve upon.
