-Directs all aspects of 60 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.-Supervise all department heads: Nursing, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Food Service, Marketing, and Bookkeeping. -Ensure compliance with state regulations and inspections. -Prepare emergency procedures and evacuation plan.-Crisis Management -Ensure excellent customer service and care standards.-Responsible for ensuring sales and marketing admission procedures, census goals, strategic marketing plan, community tours and community outreach and involvement. -Ensures that a system for communication is in place to resolve Resident/family member concerns or complaints. -Ensure partner awareness of benefits and enrollment. -Communicate company goals to all partners. -Provide orientation of new partners to reinforce leadership and ensure familiarity with partners.-Ensure and promote an atmosphere of positive partner relations. -Develop and/or coordinate programs to reduce partner turnover. -Coordinate Quality Assurance program for all departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. -Assist with Business Office procedures, i.e., A/R contracts, vendor contracts, Payroll, A/P, etc.-Responsible for Center and Departmental Budget preparation and performance. -Achieved outstanding DHEC surveys.-Recruited, hired, and trained leadership team and nursing partners. -Reduced overtime rate, specifically for nursing department, to under 5% per pay period through proper scheduling and partner retention. -On-call 24/7
