I'm a multi-faceted finance professional, with experience in investor relations, sell-side research and as a director of research. In my IR role I provide a unique combination of financial acumen, investor insight and communications skill. My research career was primarily focused on homebuilders and building products stocks, which requires a keen understanding of macro trends, real estate demand drivers, consumer demographics and individual company financial statement analysis and strategy review. I prioritized the creation of thoughtful, unique and thorough industry and company research. My success as an analyst required that I maintain consistent connectivity with the trading desk, interact daily with sales and clients on analyses and trading ideas and host senior management on roadshows and events.
