Manages customer contacts, sales, marketing, order processing, communications, and implementation of company procedures and processes for the creation and sale of custom screen printing, embroidery, and various promotional products. Maintains ranking in the top half of all campus managers for sales revenue; generated over $30,000 personally to date. Grew the business at UD over 198% from the 07-08 school year. Given responsibility to Manage the Wright State University campus in conjunction with University of Dayton as of September 2008.

Retail Sales Internship. Earned one of seven intern positions from a pool of 120 applicants. Awarded for highest intern sales during Anniversary Sale and was the highest selling individual for the internship period. Achieved top sales per hour figures multiple times over full-time co-workers in each department. Performed management duties and sales floor activities in the Children’s Shoe department and two Women’s Clothing departments learning multiple techniques and methods of selling and customer relationship development. Gained experience in Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, Customer Service, Loss Prevention, and Food Service.
