This role is still developing and is still a new concept in the Megany Music family. I have a twitter account that is updated with musical musings and ramblings and is updated with live gig dates: @meganymusicFor my music I also have a soundcloud account and other social networking in development. My idea for this is for Megany Music to be a company in the future that specialises in music related services, but for now it will be a name for which my personal music endeavors are named and any event promotions I do.

I volunteer at a lot of Music HQ gigs in and around Hull and sometimes further if required. My main volunteer duties include, being a runner for staff and crew, manning the door at gigs and cash handling. Organising and communicating with customers and band members as and when required/directed. Putting up posters and handing out flyers as and when needed. Online gig promotion and endorsement of bands and local artists that I enjoy. Advocating for Music HQ and endorsing the company to family, friends and other acquaintances.

E-mails, minuting meetings, answering phone calls, handling queries and NUS Card Sales.

Main duties included: web admin, office admin, managing post in and out, web content creation, mental health research, a small amount of social media. Market research- face to face, online and on the telephone. Supporting the running and management of events and creative projects, and other tasks as directed by my superiors. I managed customer relations through e-mail and telephone conversations. Co-created a regional wide mental health psychosis service information website and content managed.

Sales, Cash Handling, Customer Service.

Main duties included: cash handling, cleaning duties, merchandising (although this was not a strong point), customer service, sales, store card promotion and administration, customer returns and refunds, cash lifts, stock control, store security, greeting customers.
