• Maintain Fixed Assets Register including depreciation and disposal.• Managing Sales and Purchase Ledger (Credit Controller and Purchase Ledger Duties)• Accruals and Prepayments• Bank and Petty Cash Reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations for monthly accounts.• Monitor DOCs for Sales and After sales• Complete Cost Comparison monthly and explore saving opportunities.• Calculating monthly payroll and payroll journal• Liaise with Customers and Suppliers over the phone and on a face-to-face basis.• Processing all Purchase Invoices, Parts Invoices and all manufacturer invoices.• Calculating Bonuses due from Manufacturers and ensuring payment is received.• Credit Controller
