• Management of the operations team, with direct report responsibilities for operations analysts, field facing operations, and vendor recruiting and onboarding capabilities• Responsible for developing In-Home services business strategy for business line, execution of both growth and cost-scaling (OIO) initiatives, finding operational efficiency opportunities, enabling new categories, and evolving current business• Building, deploying, and maintaining the in-home services operating model, including service fulfillment execution, 3PL operations and labor utilization• Influencing field leadership (including VP, Territory, Market, USO and 3rd Party Labor, Direct to Contractor Capability leaders) to support and ensure execution of the operating model• Partnership with cross-functional business teams to build and maintain a model that supports in-home services and initiatives in all areas of the business • Partnership with services merchants to drive sales of in-home services and proper retail execution• Partnership with support teams such as systems, dispatch capabilities and customer care, training, labor/demand planning, scorecarding, and other groups to represent the in-home business and enterprise success by driving execution that leads to a profitable business and drives the overall customer experience

• Identify and solve for efficiency gaps in field execution for current and future tools/processes as well as manage the workflow between senior leadership and the team to ensure projects/tasks are distributed based on strengths and workload • Function as an active leader in the development of the strategic and operation business plan process and monitors and analyzes business trends/results in developing effective strategies to meet services related goals and management of P&L responsibility that are related to these business plans• Integrate Services and Retail strategies in planning while supporting Best Buy selling, operational and expense strategies to meet financial budget goals• Lead a team of direct reports, providing the vision, strategy, and support structure to ensure the team is successful in their objectives and remove roadblocks and drive progress on a wide range of projects and initiatives• Partner with other areas across the Enterprise to ensure continuous improvement while driving a positive experience for all requests from corporate, field and other constituents and ensure the delivery of regular communication to all partners regarding business priorities and plans
