I am a visionary leader dedicated to advancing identity, equity, and belonging in education. As the founder of Anti-AbleistED, I partner with schools, organizations, and funders to promote disability justice and influence systemic change. My work with individuals and teams promotes inclusion for each individual and every identity. I have over 16 years of experience leading regional and national programs and initiatives focused on educational equity. A skilled facilitator, content expert, and connector, I drive change through cross-organizational strategy, systems evaluation and design, and capacity building centered on anti-ableism and intersectionality. I am here for the difficult conversations, the complex challenges, and the disruption of the status quo.
