At So Recycle as the Operations Manager, I oversee the day to day operations and manage yard staff, drivers and the transport team to make sure everything that should be happening, is happening! I look after the fleet and ensure they are booked in successfully for all services, MOTs etc and are kept happy and healthy and on the roads! I’m also head of customer service keeping all jobs booked in and customers happy with their journey with all services we offer. I also provide advice on the right option for them and see them through their journey from beginning to end. I also oversee Health & Safety on site.

In customer service I look after all the company’s clients and customers and ensure all jobs are booked in and take place. I look after everyone that calls and emails in to make sure we have find the best option to help them out and make the journey as easy and enjoyable as possible!
