As the CEO of a small non-profit I work on a little bit of everything - fundraising, website building, social media coordinator, business manager, logistics coordinator for programs, etc.

I volunteer as a wildlife biologist for the Furman Cougar Project. I started working/volunteering on the Furman Cougar Project during my Masters program. I have helped setup and maintain remote camera grids on 3 different study sites. I am in charge of camera data management for the project. I am one of the capture team leaders for the project including capturing, immobilizing, and fitting GPS collars on puma and black bears. I train and supervise undergraduate research students and other volunteers for the project in field work and data capture/management. I am the main social media contributor for the project.

Assistant Instructor on Wild Semester travel study program to New Mexico and South Africa. I teach some labs with an emphasis on in the field instruction. I am also in charge of travel logistics, budget management, and social media for the program. We teach this program every other fall semester.
