I provided ongoing instructional support for a variety of courses from Health Care, Math, Science, Psychology, Speech, Technology, and more throughout for optimal online design of curriculum with effective multimedia applications. I tailored courses specific to audiences using effective teaching strategies, pedagogy, learning principles, practices, and theory from cognitive, constructivism, or behavioral approaches to implement flipped classrooms, Face to Face, writing-centric classes, or hybrid online synchronous and asynchronous courses.LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EXPERIENCE: I have over five years of experience in training, course design, and web development for online, videoconferencing, and HITS courses.
