Outsource for support when needed, and maintain documentation of confidential information- Network and secure expert speakers to coach parent/guardian community about pertinent topics- Led as the Health and Wellness Task Force Chair for reopening school during Covid-19

Provided one-on-one executive function tutoring for elementary school- aged students, which focused on strengthening students’ self-confidence and academic success

- Mentored multicultural undergraduate and graduate students, both individually and in small groups, on their career development choices, which resulted in students gaining clarity- Advised and guided an average of 6 students daily one-one-one on topics such as resume and cover letter reviews, LinkedIn profile edits, job/internship searches, networking and informational interviews, salary negotiation, career exploration, and practice interviews- Facilitated and led over 10 workshops, ranging from 3 to 50 students, which increased their knowledge of various career related concerns- Coordinated a NegoSHEate Workshop by collaborating with AAUW Work Smart of Boston to inform our female students of the gender pay gap, and how to effectively negotiate their salary - Administered SkillScan Assessment with exploratory students, which enabled them to organize and analyze their skills, strengths, and values- Collaborated with fellow intern to research pre-employment assessments, which resulted in updated information on our webpage for students to access- Documented all sessions with students and provided notes to maintain data
