Responsible for all global internal audit activities, including the execution of financial and compliance audits, facilitation of various projects designed to drive operational improvement and process effectiveness, participation in due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions, and the coordination of the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management program.
