I've traveled the world in search of stories that stretch the limitations of my own: from a childhood shaped by St. Louis’s overgrown alleyways and the courage of its activists to an adulthood refined by recondite monks in silent meditation in Japan; from red-light labyrinths, humbled at the resilience of young trafficking survivors to polished embassy halls, inspired by the subversive hope of officials who refused to play political power games; and from the ideation and pitching of ‘Innovation Incubators’ for underserved youth in India to the co-founding of an AgTech company for farmer empowerment and a Lighting Tech company to provide solar for refugees in SSA. I find passion, clarity, and excitement in working to elevate inquiry that dismantles conditioning, vivifies genuine relationships, and allows for the creation of inclusive, diverse, community-led conversation and healing. I have come to understand that the cultivation of deep listening and openness to feedback (humility) is essential to create deliverables that are sustainable, culturally intelligent, and genuinely empowering. I offer a decade of experience spanning high-level logistics and the engagement of diverse, global relationships, as well as the direction of branding, marketing, and content for two social impact technology startups. Perhaps the most valuable skills I offer are an ability to build genuine relationships through compelling communication and storytelling, ease in navigating stressful environments, and the joy I find in collaboration to envision and manifest a healthy, more inclusive future for all.
