For over 15 years, I have been dedicated to supporting causes that matter and working hard to make meaningful impact in the non-profit sector. As the Director of Fundraising at MASICORP, an NGO that empowers the Masiphumelele community through education and skills development, I lead and manage a diverse fundraising team and oversee all aspects of fundraising strategy, planning, and execution.My core competencies include grant writing, donor relations, events, project management, NPO marketing and communications, financial and budget control, and department administration and processes. I have a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives to drive support, fostering lasting relationships with donors and partners, and delivering successful fundraising events and campaigns. Additionally, I am passionate about developing others to succeed and creating a positive and collaborative work environment for my team and volunteers. My mission is to advance the vision and goals of MASICORP and the Masiphumelele community, and to contribute to positive social change.
