As an executive administrative assistant to the executive director of UFHPTI, I managed a wide range of tasks to ensure his schedule and commitments were well-organized. I was responsible for scheduling high-level meetings, planning travel arrangements, and processing reimbursements for conferences. Additionally, I prepared materials and documentation for board meetings, ensuring everything was ready and accurate. My role required strong organizational and communication skills to support the executive director’s needs and facilitate smooth operations at the leadership level.

As an administrative assistant for multiple radiation oncologists, I ensured their schedules were well-coordinated, focusing on avoiding conflicts between meetings and patient appointments. I was responsible for scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and handling reimbursements, making sure everything ran smoothly so the physicians could focus on patient care. My attention to detail and organizational skills were crucial in maintaining seamless daily operations.

As a Front Desk Coordinator at the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute I was the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff. I worked on gathering research about UTIs in skilled nursing facilities, such as the statistics, risk factors, potential consequences, and preventive ways to assist my supervisor with her grant proposal.
