Lange, PhD Laboratory - Investigated the roles of progesterone receptor (PR) isoforms in the initiation and progression of High-Grade Serous Ovarian Carcinoma (HGSOC) with a focus on cancer phenotypes of 3D tumor emboli.- Engineered 3D spheroid culture assays of tumor invasion and metastasis for drug target analysis.- Processed ovarian tissue and blood samples from BRCA1/2 patients and performed laser capturemicrodissection for RNA-seq. - Mastered mammalian cell culture (tissue culture), RNA isolation and RT-qPCR transcriptional analysis, protein isolation and Western blotting, OTC tissue embedding, immunofluorescence microscopy, recombinant DNA cloning and transformation, lentivirus production and transfection, statistical data analysis and manuscript preparation.
